Martha Sue Howard Campbell, 83, of Ocoee, departed this life peacefully on March 4, 2023, at a local hospital.
She was born on August 8, 1939, in Cleveland, Tennessee to the late Kenneth R. and Dovie Ann Rogers Howard. She enjoyed playing the piano along with the choir at Conasauga Baptist Church for many years. She was devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, always eager to participate in all their sports and activities. Growing beautiful flowers and appreciating the beauty of God’s work in nature was never taken for granted. She loved all of it. Her smile filled every place with comfort, and her presence meant you are loved.
In addition to her parents, Kenneth and Dovie Howard, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Campbell; siblings, Joyce Howard Moorhouse, Virginia Howard Wiley, and Billie Ann Howard McClary.
Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved children, Karen Campbell Sherlin and Kimsey Edward Campbell; cherished grandchildren, Amy (Casey) Starnes, Abby (Josh) Birdwell, Ali (Blake) Mosley, and Kevin Campbell; great-grandchildren, Blake Carter, Dylan Birdwell, Zach Birdwell, Sadie Starnes, Shelby Birdwell, Reagan Mosley, Peyton Campbell, Kennedy Starnes, Lily Mosley, and Jake Mosley; brother, James “Eddie” (Judy) Howard. Several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends survive.
