Julie Ann Bailey, 43, of the Oak Grove Community, departed this life on September 19, 2021, after a brief illness.
Julie was born on October 28, 1977, in Cleveland, Tennessee to Ms. Frances Talbott Bailey and the late Mr. Lowell D. Bailey. Julie was a graduate of Polk County High School and a member at Oak Grove Baptist Church. She had an affectionate smile that would light up any room blessed with her presence. Julie loved the outdoors, traveling, and was an avid animal lover. She loved jokes and was a prankster that had a great sense of humor. One of her greatest loves was spending time with her beloved family and friends, especially her fur babies and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her father, Mr. Lowell D. Bailey, she was preceded in death by an angel child and her grandparents, Everett and Pearl Porter Bailey, and T.O. and Reba Talbott.
Left to cherish the many memories are her loving mother, Laura Frances Talbott Bailey; sister, Christy (Chris) McFarland; nieces, Katie McFarland and Kara (Dakotah) Owens; grand-niece, Kourtney Owens; beloved fur babies, Cass, Moose, Ally, Sookie, Raven, Sampson, and two frogs. Several uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of friends also survive.
