Jason James Stiles, 47, a resident of McDonald, passed away peacefully, October 20, 2022.
Jason was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jack Stiles; maternal grandparents, Emil and Elenore Lucas; uncle, Robert Lucas, and cousin Jarred Stiles.
Jason was born in New Milford, CT on July 25, 1975. A master of many trades, he worked in the construction, masonry, and tree cutting professions. An avid NASCAR fan, many weekend afternoons were spent with family and friends watching the races, until football season. Then it was “game on.” Another of his many special talents was music. He could play any instrument he could get his hands on, with an exceptional ability on the piano. He was self-taught and could play anything… from classical to contemporary music, a special gift he left for anyone who heard him play.
Jason was full of life. He never met a stranger, and his bright spirit and humor will be missed by all who love him.
Left to cherish the many memories include his partner of 20 years, Cynthia Cuccairre; his daughter, Jewelian Stiles; parents, Jeff and Kate Stiles; brother, Dylan (Amanda) Stiles; the Cuccairre children, Angie, Jackie, Anna, and Joshua; grandmother, Lois Stiles; 3 grandchildren, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his cherished fur-baby Dixie “Snoot".
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at Benton Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Phil Griffin officiating.
