Heather Ashley Marie Jefferson, 36, of Cleveland, departed this life on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, surrounded by her beloved family.
Our beautiful Heather was born on April 25, 1985, in Cleveland, Tennessee to Randall R. Dunn and Kathy McCracken Goins. Throughout life, Heather grew to be one of the most beautiful souls on Earth. In June of 2004, she married the love of her life, Michael Jefferson and the two of them faithfully raised their beautiful daughters. She was raised in the Church of Christ and attended Union Grove Church of Christ. A graduate of Bradley Central High School, she then began her career as a dedicated Nurses Assistant with Bradley Health & Rehabilitation Center. A lover of life, she always had a positive attitude and would lite up any room blessed by her presence. She had many friends, especially at Bradley Healthcare and was loved by each person that knew her. Above all, she had a strong love for her family, and will be missed dearly until we meet again. Heather became a champion over her disease and is resting in paradise with no more pain.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Geraldine Dunn and uncle, Philip McCracken.
Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved husband of 17 years, Michael W. Jefferson II; loving daughters, Hallie Dunn and MaKayla Jefferson; father, Randall R. (Diane) Dunn Sr.; mother, Kathy M. McCracken Goins; stepfather, Eddy McMahan; siblings, Zachary (Melissa) Dunn, Andrew Dunn, Erich (Megan) McMahan, and Randall (Beth) Dunn Jr.; father and mother-in-law, Michael W. and Jody Jefferson Sr.; grandparents, Eugene & Kathryn McCracken and Randall Dunn; sister-in-law, Genevieve Chanel; brothers-in-law, River Jefferson and Harbor Jefferson.
