Curtis Ray Triplett

November 7, 1935 — August 10, 2020

Curtis Triplett, 83, of Ocoee, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from the U.S. Forest Service as financial officer.  Curtis loved spending time with his grandchildren and they were the light of his world.  In life, he was an avid sports fan and farmer.  He will certainly be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Pearl Triplett; siblings, Kenneth Triplett, Bubbles Triplett-Newman and Eva Triplett.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 41 years, Allyson Mauney Triplett; children, Mike Triplett, David (Nadine) Triplett, Deb (Tim) Carter and Abby (Leonard) Norwood; grandchildren, Stephen Carter, Hunter Carter, Jordan Triplett-Partin, Hannah Triplett-Johnson, Jacklyn Triplett and Izabelle Fish; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2020 at Shiloh Cemetery.

His family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
