Courtney Kaye “CoCo” Jordan, 42, of Delano, departed this life peacefully on September 6, 2022.
Throughout her life, she loved her children, dancing, her dogs “Zeus Bear and Lady Kaye”, dill pickles and developed a love for kayaking on the river.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Doretta “Nanny” O’Hara; grandfather, Howard “Pops” Jordan; uncles, James R. Haley, and Charles P. “Uncle Pat” Haley.
Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved children, Devon C. Baskin, and Haley Kaye Baskin; parents, Richard L. and Deborah K. Ward Jordan; father, Joseph Harrison, grandmothers Naomi B. Jordan and Lillian Harrison; sisters, Christina Cashman and Heather Land; nieces; Morgan Cashman, Allison Aulerich, Tiffany Nicole “Jordan” Collette, Addison Williamson & great-niece Airabella Reign Buckner; ; father of her children, Jeffery Baskin; close family friends, Teresa and Mike Miller; her companion, Shane Headrick. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends also survive.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2022, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home, with Reverend Robby Hatcher officiating.
Family and friends will gather from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Benton Memorial Gardens with her friends serving as pallbearers.
