Michelle Marie McDougal

Michelle Marie McDougal, 32, a resident of Benton, TN passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at a local healthcare facility. She was a member of All Nations Church of God of Cleveland, TN. She was devoted to her family and took special care of her children and enjoyed the time she spent with them. Her father, Benjamin Lawrence and both maternal and paternal grandparents preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, James McDougal, with whom she shared 10 wonderful and happy years of life together; sons, Andrew Cofer and Benjamin McDougal of Benton; mother, Connie Wright and step-father, Randy Wright, Sr. of Benton; mother-in-law Evelyn Carter of Benton; brother, Thomas Lawrence of Butler, Indiana; step-sister Raquel (David) Jurgens of Maxwell, Nebraska; step-brothers Randy Wright, Jr. of Laurel, Maryland and Russell (Heather) Wright of North Platte, Nebraska; brother-in-law Gary (Marlene) Miller of Benton; sisters-in-law Wanda (Edward) Greenleaf, Elizabeth (Mitchell) Cronan all of Benton, Nancy McDougal of Cleveland; step-grandfather Russell (Marcia) Wright of Pine Bush, NY; and several special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 3, 2014 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Whitmire officiating. Interment will follow in Cumberland Shed Cemetery, Ocoee, TN. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
