Ira Mae Mull

Ira Mae Mull, 90, a resident of Benton, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 at her home. She was an outdoor person, loved all flowers but especially tiger lilies and roses and her garden. She also loved to cook, not only for her family, but for everyone. Mrs. Mull was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Mull, Sr.; son, Mike Mull; parents, James and Edna Morris; brothers, Riley Morris and Joe Morris; sister, Louise Morgan. She is survived by her children; Anthony (Gereline) Mull, Ella Mae Mull, James L. (Helen) Mull, Jr., Nancy Hill; daughter-in-law, Connie Mull; brother, Taylor (Jennie) Morris, Ruth (Jerry) Wilson; sister, Allie McAlister; grandchildren, Krissy Brown, Travis Mull, Tiffany Mull, Jason Mull, Heather Brock, Shane Mull, Kim Pace, Mitzi Johns; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the funeral home.
