Anna Mae Wiseman

May 6, 1935 — October 8, 2017

Anna Mae Davenport Wiseman, 82, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017.  She spent her life in Cleveland and Polk County.  She worked several in sewing manufacturing and after retirement she worked for the Forestry Department in Polk Co., TN.  She was of the Baptist faith and will be greatly missed.    

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Wiseman, Jr.; parents, Bascom and Ida Jane Hall Davenport; four sisters and five brothers.   

She is survived by her brother, Ed Davenport of the Greasy Creek community.  Several nieces, nephews and extended family members also survive.   

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Sweetwater Valley Memorial Park.   

The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Higgins Funeral Home in Benton, TN and then proceed to the Sweetwater Valley Memorial Park for the committal service.
